Criminal defense investigation. That's the whole practice.

Founded in 2016 by a retired State District Judge and a Board Certified criminal defense attorney. Our investigators worked homicides, crime scenes, and federal task forces before they worked for the defense.

What sets the firm apart

Every other agency in North Texas chases surveillance work. We work criminal cases.

Domestic surveillance and insurance fraud pay most agencies' bills. Ours is built for the defense of criminal cases at the state and federal level: witness development, evidence review, crime scene analysis, timeline reconstruction, and the investigative record your case needs at trial.

The command staff came up as working detectives. A former Deputy Chief, a Captain, a Lieutenant, a Homicide Sergeant, and a Crime Scene and Federal Task Force officer, all from a top-10 U.S. city police department. The roster also includes a Master Fire Investigator for origin-and-cause disputes and a certified Open Source Intelligence Professional for digital and online evidence.

The firm also handles internal corporate investigations where the findings have to withstand outside counsel, auditors, or a courtroom.
